The 1-2-2 zone is often employed as a full-court or three-quarter court press.
Front Two Trappers: Near the half-court line or inbound position — apply immediate pressure, set the first trap
Formation: One defender at top, three defenders in middle (left wing, center, right wing), one defender at baseline.
